Returning with Finchcrown is as easy as ordering. You can place return request to email us at support@finchcrown.com or call / WhatsApp us at +91 8460085500 and help us know your concern.

We will schedule a time with you and instruct our shipping partner to pick up the original Finchcrown garment.

Make sure the garment is unused and in good state. You are required to return the main product ONLY.

7 Days Policy Start When Your First Original Ordered Delivered. We can not Provide 7 Days Policy in Exchange Or Refund Orders.

and if reverse Pickup is not available in your area by our Courier Partner then Customers want to ship manually at our Warehouse address.(This charges not Payable by Company).

CANCELLATION POLICY:

1. If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, kindly do so before your order is shipped. You can contact us on +91 84600 85500 or mail us on support@finchcrown.com for order cancellation.


2. You get Fastest Response In WhatsApp Message compare to Email and whenever you get Solution in any media at first after that your tickets will be closed.


3. If you cancel your order before it is shipped, we will refund you the entire amount.

REFUND (For orders shipped within INDIA)

Once we picked return shipment from your location and Delivered to our Warehouse after that we refund will be initiated within 7-8 Days.

1. If the customer is unsatisfied with the product delivered then he/she can raise a return request from the Returns Center and Mail with us UNPACKING Video at support@finchcrown.com or +91 84600 85500 within 7 days from the date of receiving the parcel. After analyzing the reason/reasons for return, if satisfied, Finchcrown Team will arrange a pick-up from your place (reverse pick up may not be available on selected pin codes Then you have to Send us by Courier).

2. We Maximum Return 2 or fewer than 2 shirts No More Than 2 Shirts We Return. And also if you want to return more than 2 shirts then you have to send them to our warehouse Own responsibility and Our Company Not to Pay Shipment Charges. and we can not provide a refund for more than 2 shirts we providing You Store Credit Coupon so you can Buy anything for you.

3.If you have done online payment, your refund will be credited into your bank account within 7-8 days after Delivered your return parcel at our Warehouse.

4. We refund the amount minus Rs.300/-(adjusted towards shipping & re-stocking charges) per Order in your bank account or UPI-ID.

5. If you have done cash on delivery, you need to provide us your bank account no., bank name and IFSC code or UPI-ID. We will refund your amount via NEFT or IMPS or UPI-ID within 7 to 8 days.

6.Refund is possible only after parcel is dispatched, delivered and reverse pick is done.

7.if you want to return more than 2 products then you want to self shipped your parcel and we can not pay courier charges of this case.

8. In case due to certain circumstances after raising the return request within 7 Days you are unable to return the shipment within the time frame no refund would be made. Only credit note would be given.

9. When you return the product to the courier guy, it is mandatory to take a receipt ( physical or through message). In case of lost shipment we will need the proof of return by you.

10. Items to be returned must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Return items will only be accepted in their original packaging, including but not limited to: Bopp bags, tags attached on garments (tags should be attached to the product in its original condition, if tags are unattached or cut from the product in any means the return or exchange will not be accepted), boxes or tamperproof bags and all other items received by the customer. Any item/items that have been damaged, soiled, altered or not in its original condition will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

EXCHANGE

Once return shipment is picked up from your premises, we will dispatch your exchange shipment from our warehouse.

We have Provide only Once time Exchange or Refund Policy after that we can not Provided.

if your Exchange Shirts are not available then you need to selecting other shirts.

Note :You can also send back package to our warehouse address by your own if reverse pickup service not available at some location by our courier partner.
